Children remain the responsibility of the parent / guardian or party organiser at all times.
Aprons and table and floor protectors are supplied for attended parties and takeaway kits on request. The Crafty potter is not responsible for any damage to property / clothing.
All paints are washable and non toxic, we do however suggest that all children wash there hands before eating their party food.
A £30 booking deposit is required for all attended parties. This deposit is only refundable up until two weeks before event date. There after no refunds will be issued.
Balance is due two weeks before event and is not subsequently refundable.
All deposits / payments must have cleared in our bank account before the event date.
Booked numbers are final, please not that if you have booked for 10 children and only 8 attend you will still be charged for 10 children.
Takeaway deposits cover leaving equipment with you. It will be refunded when all equipment lent to you is returned undamaged.
Items will be delivered to you on an agreed date, if items are not delivered due to no fault of The Crafty Potter, a redelivery charge will be charged @ 30p per mile.
The Crafty Potter operates within a 15mile radius of Trowbridge, we will however happily travel further but an extra charge of 30p per mile will be charged. Contact us for more details.
Pottery is not an exact science in the event that items are damaged in the glazing / firing process, the items will either be replaced or refunded.
Items can be used in the microwave & dishwasher, however care should be taken as items will get very hot if put in the microwave or dishwasher.We do not recommend it.
